We feel that your property should be kept and maintained in the same way it would be if you were living
It is enforced that once a tenant moves into a property it must be left the way it was when they moved in.
A thorough initial inspection report is done on the property prior to the tenant moving in. The Property
Manager fills in and signs the report and a copy is then sent to you for your records, one kept in the office
file and another kept by the tenant for future reference.
On vacation of the property the report is taken back out to the property and checked that the tenant has made
no marks, scratches, stains or damages. If there are damages we deduct costs from the tenant's bond. We are
On a daily basis the Property Manager travels around the area to see properties and tenants. While out we
pass investment properties to ensure the tenants are maintaining gardens, as they should be, we check they are
neat and tidy, if they are not we then send a letter to the tenant.
A follow up drive by would be arranged to ensure that the request has been carried out.
If at any time you wish to look through your property, notification would be needed to the tenant and
appointments made for you to have a look through.
