Listed in our office for prospective tenants is a rental list with all of the properties available for rent.
It is also enforced that if people are interested in driving past the property that they are not allowed to pass the
letterbox without prior arrangement.
All prospective tenants are interviewed prior to seeing any properties to ensure that it is suitable for their needs.
For security reasons and personal touch an appointment is then made to personally take them through to view the property.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE KEYS HANDED OUT FOR PEOPLE TO VIEW THE PROPERTY THEMSELVES UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL FROM
THE OWNER IS GIVEN IN WRITING.
