Inspections on the property are done approx every 12 weeks to ensure that the tenants are maintaining the
They are given no less than 7 days and no more than 14 days notice of entry and are required to allow us
entry either from themselves or we use our office key.
A report of the property indicating its condition and any maintenance required is sent to you and we also
leave a copy for the tenant at the inspection. If we have noted any maintenance issues we will request you
contact us to give us authority for the work to be carried out.
We also advise that you use Licensed qualified trades-people, although some owners like to do their own
maintenance, we cannot allow owners to carry out any electrical or plumbing work unless you are a licensed
tradesman, this is for legal reasons. You may be able to do small maintenance jobs but we recommend you use
tradesman and please bear in mind all of your accounts are tax deductible.
It is your best interest and ours to ensure that the property is kept in good condition and that all repairs
and maintenance are done by a qualified trades-person.
