Property Managers regularly so you end up with an un-qualified person who knows nothing about your property.
If you have more than one property we can offer you a much better percentage.

We do not charge any extra for things such as:
- Paying your Building Insurance
- Paying your council rates
- Paying your water rates
- Renegotiating rental prices on current leases
- Organising any renovations on your Property.
- Rental valuations
- Sales valuations
- Paying your rental income into your loan repayments
The list just goes on. There's absolutely no extra charge.
